Shipping and Handling

At Wild n Fresh Treats, we strive to get your orders shipped as soon as possible. We process all in-stock orders within 7-10 business days while pre-orders may take longer depending on availability. During the busy seasons such as holidays, please account for longer processing and shipping times. Thank you for understanding.
All delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed because it is through a shipping carrier (USPS, UPS, etc). We do not ship on non-business days or holidays as most shipping carriers will be closed. Our packages usually will get to the destination within 2-5 business days.

When will my order ship?

Typically, your order will be processed within 7-9 business days, excluding orders with pre-orders. 

How much will shipping cost?

Shipping costs are calculated based upon the delivery location, weight, and dimensions of the shipment, and the price of the entire order. Shipping will be calculated in real time at checkout.

I have multiple orders and would love to have them shipped together. What do I do?

Do you offer free shipping?

Free domestic shipping is available on all orders over $75.

Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately, we currently do not ship internationally. As we continue to grow, we do plan to offer our products internationally but we do not have a set time.

How do I track my order?

As soon as your order ships, we'll send you an email with the shipping and tracking information. Using the tracking number provided, you can track your order by visiting the carrier's website. 

My package is lost, will I be able to receive a refund?

Fortunately, all packages we send out are insured. Please reach out to the respective shipping carrier for further instructions. Once a package is dropped off at USPS, UPS, etc., Wild n Fresh Treats is not responsible for the package.
